Seeking a Senior Banker of Public Finance to support the development and execution of
bond financing for our growing platform. Candidates should have a captive customer base as well as be
able to deliver new business. They should be experts in their field with a strong understanding of the
complete deal cycle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Sourcing Transactions: Managing a team of public finance bankers
• Expansion of and Marketing of Public Finance services to client base
• Performing credit analysis to determine value and growth
• Developing financial models to structure and optimize transactions
• Preparing analyses on client capital structure, debt capacity and credit profile
• Drafting responses to request for proposals by clients
• Preparing presentations for financing proposals and new business development
• Participating in financing proposals to existing and potential clients
• Interacting with internal and external financing team members in developing, executing and
closing of transactions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• 10+ years public finance experience
• Ability to demonstrate past production
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
• Specific market knowledge is required
• Excellent analytical/financial analysis skills
• Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
• This position requires travel
• Self starter with solid team skills and a desire to contribute to a growing dynamic company
